Thank you for shopping with Toozday Fashion. We aim to provide a clear, transparent, and reliable shipping experience. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Order cutoff time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will be processed the same or next business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers, which may include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Other reliable regional carriers, depending on location and logistics availability

Carrier selection is determined automatically to ensure efficient delivery.

Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods
  • Toozday Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders over $45
  • Orders under $45 incur a $10 shipping fee, which is clearly displayed at checkout before purchase

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A tracking link

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned or deemed undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check your delivery area, mailbox, parcel locker, or with neighbors/building management
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number
  3. Notify us at info@toozday.com so we can assist you

Never Received Items

If an order is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and carrier investigation outcome.

Import & Customs Fees

Some orders may be shipped from international fulfillment centers.

For customers within the United States, no additional import duties or customs fees are required at delivery. Any applicable import-related costs are handled by us and are not charged separately to the customer.

All prices shown at checkout represent the final amount payable.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unworn items in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
  • If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Toozday Fashion will cover the return shipping cost
