30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days, as long as it meets the eligibility criteria above.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or not the item you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@toozday.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund based on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned (e.g., intimate wear or accessories), unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
  • If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Toozday Fashion will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 30 days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, please contact us at info@toozday.com.
Depending on availability, we can assist with an exchange or advise you to place a new order.

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address.
